The EU Member States' position on the Durban Review Conference

The European Union rejects in strongest terms views expressed by President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad labelling Israel as racist regime. ARTICLE EN COURS DE TRADUCTION.

EU Member States with the exception of the Netherlands, Italy, Poland, Germany, and the Czech Republic continue to participate in the Conference.

Participating Member States have no outstanding difficulty of substance with the draft Outcome Document and are ready to give its consent to it during the adoption on Friday.

However, we expect the Conference to be held in a spirit of mutual respect and dignity.
