Martin Bursík to discuss climate deal with Indian Government
After attending the European Parliament sitting in Strasbourg today, President of the EU Environment Council, Czech Environment Minister and Deputy PM Martin Bursík will leave for Delhi to take part in the Sustainable Development Summit focusing on climate protection. However, the principal objective of Mr Bursík’s journey is to hold intensive talks with the Indian Government about India’s cooperation in the new global agreement on climate protection to be adopted at the UN Climate Conference in Copenhagen in December this year.
