Minister Kohout to take part in the EU-ASEAN Meeting of Foreign Ministers in Phnom Penh

On 27 – 28 May 2009 President of the EU General Affairs and External Relations Council and Czech Minister of Foreign Affairs Jan Kohout will take part in the 17th EU-ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) Meeting of Foreign Ministers in Phnom Penh.

The EU-ASEAN Ministerial Meeting will primarily assess the cooperation and address the future partnership between the EU and Southeast Asian countries. Other important topics will include regional, international, security-related and global issues.
