Minister Miko will take part in a press conference on environmental law enforcement
The Ministry of the Environment and the Czech Environmental Inspectorate (CEI) are inviting media representatives to a press conference that will be held on the occasion of the beginning of the meeting of the General Assembly of the IMPEL network (Implementation and Enforcement of Environmental Law).
The press conference will be held on Wednesday, 3 June, from 3:15 p.m., at the Prague Congress Center (5. května 65, Prague 4, entrance No. 10, Small Theatre, ground floor). It will be attended by Czech Minister of the Environment Ladislav Miko, Director of the CEI Eva Tylová and Chair of the IMPEL Board Gerard Wolters.
The meeting of the General Assembly of the IMPEL network will take place from 3 to 5 June 2009 in Prague. IMPEL is an international network of the environmental inspection authorities of EU Member States which aims to promote better enforcement of environmental legislation in the European Union.
