Schwarzenberg to speak before the OSCE Permanent Council

President of the EU General Affairs and External Relations Council and Czech Foreign Minister Karel Schwarzenberg will speak before the OSCE Permanent Council in Vienna on 29 January.

The Minister will present the foreign policy priorities of the Czech EU Presidency regarding the issues dealt with by the OSCE. This speech is a tradition for the Foreign Minister of the country holding the EU Presidency.
