EU - Russia Summit (Troika)

On Friday 22 May 2009, President of the Czech Republic Václav Klaus will head the delegation of the European Union at the EU – Russia summit in Khabarovsk. The summit will take place under the Czech Presidency of the EU Council. Czech President Klaus, European Commission President José Barroso and Secretary General of the EU Council Javier Solana will attend the summit on behalf of the European Union. The Russian Federation will be represented by President Dmitry Medvedev.

The summit will be followed by a press conference attended by the President of the Czech Republic, the President of the Russian Federation and the European Commission President.
