An international seminar in the context of a military education exchange programme modelled on the ERASMUS programme on the theme “Mobility of Students - the Path towards Enhancing European Education and Culture in Security and Defence”
A major Presidency event within this educational initiative is an international seminar taking place at the University of Defence in Brno on 21 – 22 April 2009. The seminar is aimed at rectors and commanders of military academies and universities as well as representatives of relevant authorities and institutions of the EU Member States.
Under the theme “Mobility of Students - the Path towards Enhancing European Education and Culture in Security and Defence, the Czech Presidency wants to promote discussion, harmonise opinions and take the first practical steps towards meeting the specific needs of military education.
