The international conference Towards eEnvironment, organised in the framework of Czech Presidency of the Council of the EU, is focused on information exchange and sharing between both the academic community, public administration, environment agencies, companies and institutions who are involved in processing information on the environment, as well as end-users of such information. The conference will conclude by drawing up a Memorandum on the SEIS (Shared Environmental Information System, development of which is taken care of by the Commission) for the Council of the EU.
