Working Meeting at Expert Level for Airworthiness

On 4 – 6 June 2009, Olomouc will host an international working meeting at expert level for military airworthiness, the Military Airworthiness Harmonisation Workshop, which is one of the events of the Czech Presidency of the EU Council. The event, which will take place at the Regional Centre of Olomouc (RCO), will bring together several dozen experts from EU Defence and Transport Ministries, representatives of the defence industry and of international organisations - NATO, the European Defence Agency (EDA), the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and the European Organisation for the Safety of Air Navigation (EUROCONTROL).

Friday 5 June 2009 from 08:50 – PHOTO OPPORTUNITY (with the possibility to conduct interviews) on the occasion of the opening of the Military Airworthiness Harmonisation Workshop. Media representatives may also view the Czech-made unmanned helicopter HEROS on display in front of the Olomouc Regional Centre between 12:30 and 14:00.
