Czech President will lead the EU delegation at the EU – Pakistan summit
President of the Czech Republic Václav Klaus will chair the EU – Pakistan summit on Wednesday 17 June 2009 in Brussels, held in the framework of the Czech EU Presidency.
The European Union will be represented by President Václav Klaus together with President of the European Commission José Barroso and Secretary General of
the Council of the EU Javier Solana. The Pakistani delegation will be headed by President Asif Ali Zardari.
The summit will be followed by a press conference attended by the President of the Czech Republic, the President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the President of the European Commission and the Secretary General of the Council of the EU.
