Nanotechnology for Sustainable Economy

Technology Center AS CR with support of the European Commission and under the auspices of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports organizes on 2-5 June 2009 in Prague EuroNanoForum 2009.

EuroNanoForum 2009 is focused on „Nanotechnology for sustainable economy“. The Forum is offering the visitors an overview of the state-of-the-art of nanotechnology research and applications, especially in the field of energy-efficient industrial production, electricity storage, water and air cleansing, nanomedicine and nanoelectronics. The forum will also address: standardization, security, education, research infrastructures and integration activities within the European Research Area (ERA).

The conference shall give inputs which will serve as a preparation for a new Action Plan for Europe in the field of nanoscience and nanotechnology, and many other strategic documents to the European Commission. Besides, there are going to be many significant Czech and world scientists present with the utmost certainty. The conference is also accompanied by an industrial exhibition overlapping the European market. Everybody is welcome to submit their presentations, abstracts, contributons and posters.
