On 24 June 2009, Prague will host a working meeting of the representatives of EU ministries responsible for housing policy – “housing focal points”. The Prague meeting is a follow-up of the informal meeting of Housing Ministers that took place in Marseille in November 2008. The meeting will focus on two areas of housing policy of topical interest. The first is the implementation of the amended Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council on the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), providing support for housing insulation. The second issue will concern the exchange of information on current development of housing policy instruments.
