TODAY: Last ECOFIN meeting under the auspices of the Czech Presidency
9.6.2009On Tuesday 9 June, for the last time during the Czech Presidency, EU Ministers responsible for finance and economy will meet in Luxembourg. The ECOFIN meeting will be chaired by Czech Finance Minister and ECOFIN President Eduard Janota.

9.6.2009The Employment, Social Policy, Health and Consumer Affairs Council will meet in Luxembourg. It will be chaired by Minister of Labour and Social Affairs P. Šimerka, Minister for Human Rights and Minorities M. Kocáb and Minister of Health D. Jurásková.
Minister Kocáb to chair the EPSCO Council
8.6.2009On Monday 8 June the meeting of the Employment, Social Policy, Health and Consumer Affairs Council (EPSCO) will start in Luxembourg. The Czech Presidency will be represented by the Minister of Labour and Social Affairs, the Minister for Human Rights and the Minister of Health. Human Rights‘ Minister Kocáb will chair the part of the meeting dedicated to the equal treatment and social inclusion of excluded communities.
